I started working at Running Wild in 2017 and currently coordinate and manage the Running Wild Elite race team, as well as taking care of anything inventory/point-of-sale related. I went to Pleasant Valley High School and graduated with a degree in Exercise Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato. I was a 3x Iowa State Champion in high school (2x 3200, 1x Cross Country) and was a D2 All-American in the Mile indoors in College. I like anime, anything horror related, music, running with my friends, and hanging out with my family. My wife, Kelsey, and I have 3 children; Wyatt, Walker, and Remi. I am hoping to qualify for the 2024 Olympic Trials in the Marathon.
Go-to shoe? Currently; Hoka Clifton for easy days, New Balance 1080 for long days, and Saucony Endorphin Pro for racing. Always dabbling in other brands and models though. Favorite distance? Love/hate relationship with 5K. Shorter trail races. What do I love most about Running Wild? I love the people I work with. I love working for a progressive and innovative local business. |
