How to Return or Exchange
Contact us to initiate a return or exchange. You can bring the item(s) to our Davenport store or ship them back. If shipping, we will provide a return label for defective items only. We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request.

- Shoes: Take them for a jog! If you're not happy within 30 days, return them in the original box for an exchange or store credit. New, unused shoes in original packaging can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Apparel & Accessories: New, unused items with original tags can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Nutrition: We cannot accept returns on nutrition products.

Shipping
- Shipping Time: Most orders ship within 2-7 business days. Orders shipped directly from our store typically arrive within 2-4 days. Please allow a few extra days for orders shipped directly from a supplier. If you haven't received a tracking number within a few days, please contact us.
- International Shipping: We currently only ship within the contiguous United States.
